Prakash Engineering was established in 1976 by Late Prakashchandra Mangaldas Jariwala. The Company has been pioneer in the manufacture of different types of machinery since 1976. Intially the company was manufacturing Lathe Machines. After Prakashchandra M. Jariwala, the Company was handled by the son Rajeshbhai Prakashchandra Jariwala.

In 1978, Rajeshbhai has started manufacturing of Pirn Winding. In 1983, Jayeshbhai Jariwala son of Prakashchandra M. Jariwala has also joined the company to bringing the dreams of Late Prakashchandra M. Jariwala come true.

As Prakash Engineering believes in growth with diversity and modification with fast changing technologies, we have also started manufacturing High Speed Twisting Machine and Vertical Winding Machine in 1983. In 2003 also started with manufacturing of Two for One Twister and Cops Winder.
